Purpose: It is mainly used in the molding workshop of the expendable pattern casting industry. The multidimensional vibrating platform is applied in the casting production process to transform sand from a bulk state into a lumpy or shaped form, making the sand denser. Meanwhile, the sand can move upward to fill the dead corners. During operation, the platform can adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor through frequency conversion, enabling the materials on the platform to move leftward, rightward, forward, backward, upward, downward, and in other directions. Adopting vibration motors as the vibration source, it features low noise, low power consumption and easy maintenance. The multidimensional vibrating platform itself has a simple structure, reliable operation, light weight, small size and easy installation.
The multidimensional vibrating platform has 4 functions:2.1 Generating an upward resultant force with a stroke of 100 mm.2.2 Generating a centripetal force to draw the sand toward the center.2.3 Generating horizontal vibration force.2.4 Under the control system, it can generate a force to convey sand to one side, and can realize alternate sand conveying to both sides, changing the sand flow direction at any time.
The multidimensional vibrating platform is mainly used for sand filling of models with dead corners during the molding of expendable patterns, with a filling height of less than 100 mm. It eliminates the need to fill resin sand in models with dead corners, and reduces casting defects such as casting bulges and iron dross, as well as avoiding sand collapse. At the same time, it reduces labor costs and saves expenses on raw materials like resin. In addition, the compactness achieved by the multidimensional vibrating platform is twice that of the traditional 3D vibration equipment, so the castings produced are lighter than those made by the traditional 3D equipment.
