Sand processing electrical control system

    The control system of the lost foam casting production line adopts PLC automatic program control. The start-up and shutdown of each unit device in the entire production line can be realized as follows:

    Press the master start button, and the entire line will start up automatically in sequence. When the entire line meets the shutdown conditions, it will shut down automatically. However, if any unit device fails to meet the shutdown conditions, the device can continue to operate until the conditions are satisfied before shutting down completely. When shutting down after work, simply press the master stop button and the entire line will shut down in sequence.

    The lost foam casting production line is equipped with interlock protection function for each unit device. When the entire line or a unit device is in operation, if any equipment shuts down due to a fault, the faulty equipment will display a red light for alarm. Meanwhile, all the preceding devices of the faulty equipment (including the automatic sand feeding gate) will stop immediately, while the subsequent devices will operate normally. This protects the equipment from overload operation and prevents equipment accidents.

    The electric control system of the entire line not only controls each unit device, but also performs interlock control for the start-up and shutdown of the level sensors in the sand silos (hoppers).

    On-site wiring of the electrical system adopts cables, with the main installation method being underground embedded steel pipes. Cable trays and steel pipes are used for local protection, and shielded wires are adopted as signal lines.

    The PLC and main electrical components are Siemens products, ensuring the reliable operation of the entire line.
