Under the combined action of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the materials, the materials are thrown up on the screen surface and move forward in a jumping straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classifying the materials. It can be used in assembly lines to realize automatic operation. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure with no dust emission. The maximum screening mesh size is 400 meshes, and it can screen out materials of 7 different particle sizes.
