Electric frequency conversion machine

    The electric flat car is one of the important equipment in the lost foam casting production line. It is mainly responsible for the circular operation of flasks on the production line, transporting the flasks after turning to the molding section and the molded flasks to the pouring section, so as to meet the continuous operation of the entire production line.

    The electric flat car is an electric flat car composed of two traveling drive mechanisms of overhead cranes, two driven wheels and one flask pushing assembly. It operates between the two molding lines, pouring lines and flask returning lines on the production line. It transports empty flasks to the molding line and then pushes the flasks, transports molded flasks to the pouring line and then pushes the flasks, and transports poured and cooled flasks to the flask turning line and then pushes the flasks. The electric flat car adopts frequency conversion control to facilitate the accurate docking of the trolley with the production line. The car is equipped with rollers or motorized roller tables to facilitate the operation of flasks, and a bidirectional clamping device is installed on the table top to clamp the flasks when the trolley is running and prevent the displacement of the flasks.
